Alison's information

Alison (Ali) Batchelor is an instructor for some of the WCR classes. She is a fully qualified BACPR (British Association of Cardiovascular Prevention & Rehabilitation) instructor.

 

In addition to these Cardiac Rehab community classes Ali works for the NHS in the Falls Prevention Team teaching strength and balance classes. Ali uses her experience and knowledge from both areas to create informative structured classes.

Her focus is on class members working at the right level as they recover from their cardiac events. Chatting and laughter during the class helps create a friendly relaxed atmosphere and members are welcome to ask questions relating to health matters should they need to.
